How to confirm your room in three easy steps! 

Step 1:

There are two buildings - The Holiday Inn and The Homewood Suites.
1.  The confirmation numbers for the Holiday Inn starts with a 6 so you will
    call 937-426-7800 to confirm your reservations using your confirmation number.
    If you get voice mail leave a message, you will get a return call.
2.  The confirmation numbers for Homewood Suites starts with a 8 so you will
    call 937-429-0600 to confirm your reservations using your confirmation number.
3.  When you call, be sure you mention "the QRP group"!

    3.5   If they say you don't need a credit card -- Ask for Rhonda or Kris. 
          You really do need to confirm with a credit card!

4.  If there are any problems, ask to speak with Kris or Rhonda (Holiday Inn).

Step 2:

Check the room list and find your name and confirmation number.  Checking on the first number in your confirmation number, call the appropriate phone number.  Confirm your room with a credit card!  Be sure to indicate to the hotel any special needs - Roll-away, handicaps, etc.

IMPORTANT! If your room is not confirmed with a credit card:

1. your room may be released on April 18.
2. if it is not released, it may not be held past 4 PM on your arrival date.

Step 3:

After you confirm your room send an email to qrprooms[at]netzero.net to let me know that you have confirmed your room.  When you are confirmed, you will be added to the list below within a few days.

Although the hotels staff & web sites may say:
     "This reservation can be held until 6PM on the check-in day, or guaranteed with a credit card for late arrival." any reservations not confirmed with a credit card may result in you NOT getting a room.  Do not believe any desk clerks at the hotel that say this does not matter! 

If you don't show up as confirmed on the room list, email me!
If you don't have a confirmation number on the room list, it will be coming!
